Apato - Japanese Designer Furniture
Apato brings authentic Japanese furniture and lighting to Australia: designed and made in Japan by the country's most respected makers. This is Apato’s first store in Australia.
Kōri Ice Cream
Kōri Ice Cream’s 3rd outpost is a blend of Japanese listening bars and a late-night dessert shop. The space features a stripped-back, "grungy" aesthetic with light wood, exposed brick, and a DJ deck for music.
Gaea
Gaea is a degustation-only restaurant with room for just 16 guests. The open kitchen and intimate dining setting called for architecture that would bring focus to the theatrical work of the chefs and the plating and presentation of the intricately detailed dishes to be served.
